Hotel Deliveries: **Please Note: as of September 4, 2007 we no longer deliver to Shamian Island (the White Swan and Victory Hotel).  The white swan the last several months has seen a significant decline in orders for our products and with the Motorcycle Ban, it was quite impossible for me to carry the delivery drivers and their expenses for just 1 or 2 orders a day. This location in Haizhu basically served the Shamian Island, White Swan & Victory Hotel.  It is also my understanding the the White Swan Hotel is closing to remodel in mid to late 2008 which is why we have seen quite a numer of orders going to the Westin Hotel in Tianhe, which we can delivery to in about 45 minutes. We deliver to many hotels in Guangzhou. Hotel Deliveries may take as long at 70-90 minutes especially during 5pm - 7pm due to the traffic and the hotel security detail. Some hotels are quite strict and check-in each order and driver so if the driver has several orders with him it may take some time to get clearance for him to make the delivery. We may call you in certain cases to come down and pick up your order if the security department fails to process the order in a timely manner. Orders should be phoned in for delivery before 8:30pm for Tianhe. Below is our order taking times:  There is a ¥8 delivery charge for a minimum order of ¥80. We charge the ¥8 delivery charge with ¥5 going to the driver and usually ¥2 - ¥3 for parking or subway charges. Most Orders are delivered in about 60 minutes after you call with the following exceptions where it may take slightly longer or we do not deliver to those area's at certain times & days: Bad weather / inclement driving conditions. Heavy Traffic during rush hours  First time deliveries where addresses and locations are difficult to find. Callback failed or took some time to verify order (New Customers) At location security guard delay, especially at Hotels and gated living areas. In gated area's it's a good idea to let Security know we are coming if you can. Hotel Deliveries during Chinese Export Fair in October and April each year. We may also encounter a delay if there is a V.I.P. visiting your hotel and they halt visitors for an hour or two. Delivery Areas are determined by Danny's Bagel. Certain times and area's may not have driver available which we will tell you at time of order or by callback when we know.
