This can be due to distance or driver availability. If we cannot make your delivery, our staff will ask if you'd like us to have our partner in deliveries make your delivery. Their service charge for delivery can range from 15rmb to 60rmb depending on your location but the food will be from us. Once you approve we will then arrange for them to pick-up your order and deliver it. You will pay them for the entire order including the delivery charge. Our delivery policy is as follows... Orders should be phoned in for delivery before 8:30pm for delivery in the Tianhe. Below is our order taking times:  There is a ¥8 delivery charge for a minimum order of ¥80 from Danny's Bagel. From KK Rabbit, there is a slightly higher delivery charge but no minimum order. Most Orders are delivered in about 60 minutes after you call with the following exceptions where it may take slightly longer and cost more: Bad weather. Heavy Traffic during rush hours  First time deliveries where addresses and locations are difficult to find. Callback failed or took some time to verify order (New Customers) At location security guard delay, especially at Hotels and gated living areas. In gated area's it's a good idea to let Security know we are coming if you can. Hotel Deliveries during Chinese Export Fair in October and April each year. We may also encounter a delay if there is a V.I.P. visiting your hotel and they halt visitors for an hour or two. Delivery Areas are determined by Danny's Bagel. Certain times and area's may not have driver available which we will tell you at time of order or by call back when we know. An option to have an alternate delivery service (KK RABBIT) will be suggested to you which has a higher rate for delivery. The food will be from us.
